  15. DESCRIPTION
  16.      Reads a portable pixmap as input.  Does a  Laplacian  Relief
  17.      filter, and writes a portable pixmap as output.

  19.      The Laplacian Relief filter is described in "Beyond  Photog-
  20.      raphy"  by  Holzmann,  equation  3.19.  It's a sort of edge-
  21.      detection.
